Refund & Return Policy

​1. Returns on Teas & Supplements

​Health & Safety: To maintain high hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on organic teas and herbal supplements if the packaging is completely unopened and the original seal is intact.

​Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

​Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

​2. Event Tickets

Event tickets are non-refundable but are fully transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may pass your digital ticket along to another guest.

​3. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours at info@wellness-organics.co.za with a photo of the packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
