Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns on Teas & Supplements
Health & Safety: To maintain high hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on organic teas and herbal supplements if the packaging is completely unopened and the original seal is intact.
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
2. Event Tickets
Event tickets are non-refundable but are fully transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may pass your digital ticket along to another guest.
3. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours at info@wellness-organics.co.za with a photo of the packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
